Description

What is included in this service?

Within the technical adjustments we provide, we can assist with:

• Color Management: Conversion and verification of color profiles (RGB to CMYK) to avoid unexpected color shifts.

• Output Adjustment: Review and application of bleeds, safety margins, and crop marks.

• Image Verification: Resolution check (DPI) to ensure total sharpness based on the output size.

• Scaling: Adjusting final artwork to different formats and proportional sizes.

What is NOT included in this service?

To maintain efficiency and keep costs low, the following tasks fall under Creative Design and are quoted separately:

• Redesign or Composition: We do not alter the visual concept or move elements for aesthetic purposes.

• Copy Editing: We do not perform spell-checks or text corrections (the client provides the final copy).

• Vectorization: We do not convert pixelated logos into vectors (the client must provide original assets).

• Concept Creation: We work exclusively on artwork already approved for production.

Technical Requirements for Artwork Submission

To ensure the optimization of your artwork is fast and effective, materials must be submitted according to the following specifications:

1. Accepted File Formats

We accept original editable files from the following applications:

• Adobe Illustrator (.AI) – (Preferred)

• Adobe Photoshop (.PSD)

2. File Preparation

• Fonts: All text must be converted to outlines to avoid typographic conflicts, unless a specific text change is required (in which case, the .TTF or .OTF font files must be attached).

• Linked Images: Ensure all images are embedded in the file or send a separate folder with all links used. Images must have a resolution of at least 300 DPI for commercial printing or 150 DPI for full-scale large format.

• Layers: Files must maintain their original layers (do not flatten/merge the image), especially if there are special finishes such as Spot UV, die-cuts, or foil stamping.

Note: The turnaround time for technical editing begins once all materials are received in full and under these specifications. If a file requires a complete reconstruction due to the poor quality of the source materials, the client will be notified, and a separate quote for creative design will be provided.
